  • Cancellation: A full refund of the conferences registration will be made if notification of cancellation is communicated before 2009 September 1st. The service charge is 10€ for cancellation. This notification has to be sent by e-mail:

IMPORTANT: From September 1st, the registration fee will not be returned. There will be no refund in case of speakers withdrawals either.
